The purpoes of this paper is to know effects of Uisang"s Ethical thought of Buddhist Ethics on Silla. Buddhist Ethics on Silla had been in a viewpoint of Mah？y？na Buddhism as positive interpretation. Therefore, Buddhist Ethics on Silla was able to instill the will to produce into the hearts of people sa it makes holy labor. Also Buddhist Ethics on Silla accepted s？la(moral precepts), penitence, a reward in accordance with a deed, d？na, gratitude, mercy etc. positively. In this point of view, Buddhist Ethics on Silla has an important meaning as ethical indexes.
