부부간 성폭력과 가정폭력 피해 아내의 남편 살해에 대한 고찰

A Study on Sexual Violence between Husband and Wife & Wife murder of her Husband because of Domestic Violence

&nbsp;&nbsp;Recently sexual abuse against spouse and husband murder by an abused wife are socially issued in Korea. Compared with the past, the attitude of legal system on two issues is gradually changing. Sexual abuse against spouse is regraded as a crime needed to legal punishment. Also, special conditions and characters of an abused wife who killed her husband are considered in legal court. For all that, there are still many legal debates and problems of the application of a law on these issues.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study analyzed on legal debates and problems and suggested desirable legal system in the future.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;On the ground of this study, the results are as follows.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, more effective legal system to solve the sexual abuse against spouse is needed. Second, special conditions and characters of abused wife who killed her husband should be considered in legal system. For this more specialized legal system should be established.
