A paper on environmental change of marine and Port in the North-East Asia

  Condition of marine and port is rapidly changing because the line of container is being developed when it comes to its size and speed, because it is tied up globally and strategically and because of globalization of port management. Environmental changes of marine and port in the world have had an influence on environment of North-East Asia and additionally competition of three countries (Korea, China, and Japan) has been increased in making a new environment and holding a dominant position. The environment in the North-East Asia has brought a sharp competition to rise as a Hub-port owing to increase of transshipment cargo and change of a sea route in the sea. According to environmental change, Korea will have effective and strong competition by strengthening competition of marine and port and changing problems and taking countermeasures in Korea. Especially, this paper has dealt with problems such as information system of marine and harbor, productivity of container terminal, marketing strategy of containe  port as well as improvements through contrastive analysis China and Japan.
