A Study on The Precondition and Problem in Electronic Trade Contracts

  With the expansion of Internet usage and the advanced technology for information and communication, the international trade environment gradually migrates to the global Internet-based electronic Trade.   In electronic trade contracts, compared with the traditional trade system based on a normal document the problem that the contracts may not conclude legally, the functional problem of forgery and alteration in electronic document, the problem of effective place and time in the contracts and so forth come to question.   In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to establish the international organization that the parties concerned to trading company, bank, shipping company, insurance company and so forth.   In the future, trading system according to technological progress must solve these problems by materializing the new electronic trade contracts system.
