전기전자부품 생산업체의 재고실적 개선을 위한 VMI 활용성 분석

  This paper covers a case study where the company has a business of the connectors for electronics/electrics. In this case study it is focused to investigate a case in practically as known the effects for application of VMI. These allow us to more quickly and efficiently serve the customer service, simultaneously improve inventory performance of buying company.   This paper is to study a case of VMI(Vendor-managed Inventory) system which have many benefits of improving Inventory performance and customer service proved from precedent papers.   This case study illustrated the details of VMI process in the side of application for this system, which can provide practical implications for other companies.
