This study is intended to examine how strategic nature of the alliance, characteristics of input resource, communication activities and partner"s attitude will affect the performance of strategic alliance between internet shopping mall and the third party logistics. The variables affecting the performance of strategic alliance between internet shopping mall and the third party logistics produced the result to prove what I intend to suggest in this study, in verifying seven hypotheses such as asset specificity, complementation of resource, quality of communication, share of information, trust, commitment, and opportunity. This study suggests as follows; First, it applies strategic alliance of the third party logistics and introduces referential information to the related researchers. Second, as it provides internet shopping mall using the third party logistics with an opportunity to introduce complementary measures like strategic alliance for uncontrollable logistics outsourcing. Third, it suggests successful examples of strategic alliance for logistics service, which is one of the most crucial part for customers, and tried to make quantize on them by conducting empirical analysis.
