Present Condition of Green Building Rating System and Certificated Apartments

  The purpose of this study is to make clear the present condition of green building rating system and certificated apartments. The library and internet surveys were performed to summarize the contents of green building rating system and to find out the present condition of apartment estates which were certificated by green building rating system. Field surveys were carried out at 4 apartment estates to investigate the present condition of management and residents" use. The interviewees were chief managers and representative residents in subject estates. Results of this study were proposed as informations for housing consumers and design factors according to management and use for housing companies.
