The purpose of this study was to fine consumer problems and solutions in the consumer use of credit card, phone-banking service system. The on-line questionnaire survey method was conducted and 2,172 subjects participated in this survey. The main results were as follows : 1) Consumers did not understand the contract contents very well and seller should try to make consumers understood the contract contents. 2) In consumer use of credit card, the type of consumer problems were found to be the lack of personal information security and extra cost charge to consumers. 3) In consumer use of phone-banking service system, the type of consumer problems were found to be inconvenience, wrong billing, and extra phone-bill charge. 4) Consumers were satisfied with convenience whereas, not very satisfied with security, extra charge, and service quality in use of credit card and phone-banking system.
