Change of Multi-family Housing Prices though the Reconstruction Project Phases in Cheongju City

  The purpose of this study is to grasp change of the reconstruction multi-family housing price, total housing price, rental price In reconstruction neighbouring area though the reconstruction project phases in Cheongju city.   The subjects of reconstruction project were Sajik Jugong 1 complex and 2ㆍ3 complexes. The housing prices were analyzed by using the apartment price data for the past 10 years of Budongsan114(www.r114.co.kr), BudongsanBank(www.noenet.co.kr), KukminBank(www.kbstar.com). The major findings through the analysis are as follows; The reconstruction project let the housing price rise according to the each situation of project performance from the foundation of reconstruction association. The reconstruction project had an effect on rising rental price of apartment in neighbouring area.
