The purpose of this study is to find the effects of education in consumer finance management among university students. For measuring the effects of education, questionnaire survey methods were conducted two different time periods, in the beginning and the end of class in 2005. And 127 university students who were taking the class were selected as a sample. Major findings were as following; 1. The effects of education in consumer finance management were found to be very dramatic in both overall and sub-area. For some specific contents, however, the effects of education was found to be insignificant. 2. The students, who had middle level of pocket money and working experience, and who buy things by themselves, were more likely to be effective in education than the counterparts.
