7차 교육과정의 학교소비자교육 실태 - 청주시 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교를 중심으로

The Present Conditions of School Consumer Education in Conducting the 7th Curriculum

  The importance of school consumer education is can be emphasized by its universality and efficiency. The purpose of this study was to report the present conditions of consumer education in school. Interview research method was conducted with 3 consumer education teachers who were working at one of the primary schools, middle schools and high schools in Cheongju. All of the textbooks, which have been used by above schools, that is related to consumer education were analyzed during April, 2004.   The results were as follows: 1) The quantity of school consumer education was absolutely not sufficient. 2) The goal of 7th curriculum is not reflected thoroughly. 3) The contents of courses are not well organized by integration curriculum. 4) Some teachers have the lack of understanding of consumer education.
