Degree of safety in parents about cochlear implant for their hearing impaired children

  The goal of this survey was to investigate how parents of hearing impaired children are satisfied about cochlear implant device and rehabilitation process. Thequestionnaire included factors of pre-operative rehabilitation, surgeryand post-operative rehabilitation and scaled 5 point. Questionnaires were filled out by 56 parents of those who had used cochlear implants for more than 3 months. Below are the results of important Most of parents was satisfied with degree of speech and language development, mapping process, services of speech therapy at hospitals and locals after cochlear implant used. But was not satisfied with services of company of cochlear implant.
