Based on H and Y companies in Ulsan, this study reaches how they control the essential elements of having a job such as understanding directions for working, the capability of working conditions and interpersal relationships.<BR> And also finds out what kind of difficulties they are suffering owing th their hearing impairment, therefore it is very meaningful to find out ways to improve their capability of career adjustment.
