The purpose of this study is to find out the present status of therapeutic education of residential and itinerant education children. The subject of this study was selected elementary school, child who is educated at home.<BR> The conclusions are as follows;<BR> First, the therapeutic education to elevate basic motor performance is focused upon the reflective function, posture controlling function, function of mobility etc.<BR> Second, the therapeutic education to promote oral speech mechanism were practiced to tongue and respiration motor.<BR> Third, the therapeutic education to promote language level is centered to discrimination of concrete things, things and coordination of figure care, discrimination of two figure cares, finding appropriate figure cares.<BR> The findings of this study showed that the therapeutic education was done to be elevate language understanding than those of language expression.
