The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of training on requesting picture cards on the syntactic abilities of children with language disorders.<BR> 4 children with language disorders were included for a 10-week training. The total number of therapy sessions was 25.<BR> The results of study were as follows:<BR> First, training on requesting picture cards was effective in improving morphological aspects of language of children with language disorders.<BR> Secondly, training on requesting picture cards was effective in improving the general language abilities of children with language disorders.<BR> As described above, training on requesting picture cards was effective in improving the syntactic abilities of children with language disorders.
