This paper was conducted to devise an efficient integrated primary school English instruction program, and to identify a standard for selection of textbooks and development of materials for teaching and learning English by the analysis of subjects" vocabularies based on the corpus and concordance programs. Furthermore, this analysis proposed a solution to the problem of choosing vocabularies in an integrated teaching environment using the researcher"s intuition. Accordingly, adopting seven subjects (social studies, math, science, practical courses, music, art, and physics) the results of this study showed the frequent vocabularies above 10 were also the high frequent vocabularies in each subjects. Further, teaching the content words of subjects was positive as the vocabularies of one subject repeatedly showed up in other subjects. The order number of new vocabularies in each subjects was math, music, physics, social studies, art, science, practical courses, and the order of high rate of type and token was practical courses, science, art, social study, music, math and physics.
