Increasing of the volume of electronic commerce requires new strategies, which must include customers oriented strategy, computerlizing of business, widening of network, developing of new technologies, and cooperation with other companies, in home-delivery business. Domestic home-delivery companies must be also supported by government for making large-size enterprise and their competition against foreign companies.
