Productivity for SMEs (small and medium enterprise) is so important in improving economical power in a country since SMEs generally occupy the most of country"s economy in terms of the amount of employment and the number of enterprises. However, their productivity is relatively low in that the ratio of their products to LSEs" (large scale enterprises) is less than 50%. Therefore IT will help them in terms of productivity and competitiveness. However, in fact Asian countries used to be confused in that they have no idea about how/where/what they invest since there is no forecasting IT model leading to SMEs" productivity improvement, that is, no map to cruise over IT sea.<BR> In this paper, three models are presented for designing the map for SMEs" cruise: the forecasting IT model using macroscopic economic indices, social IT-infrastructural economic indices and the economical entities" ITnization indices, the enterprise ITnization Model, and the waterfall model leading to e-Commerce utilization. In particular the first forecasting model is the target of this paper. With the macroscopic economical indices - population, literacy rate, GDP, GDP for one person, Export/Import etc., this paper compares e-Readiness assessments of 84 countries in the perspective of ranking. This paper shows the relationship between economical indices and e-Readiness assessments in a graphical fashion. In surprise, empirically the graphs express that the intimate relationship exists.
