This study provides appropriate standards for establishment of competitive strategy and customer service through a study on criteria for selecting Logistics providers. For this result, non-metric factors were calculated effectively through statistic analysis using AHP method. AHP changed non-metric factors to metric ones and provided the criteria for selecting Logistics providers and index of estimation on customer satisfaction for internet shopping malls. To make analysis system using metric factors or non-metric factors provided objective decision standards and diminished the possibility to use bad internet shopping mall.<BR> According to the AHP analysis low price of products and high security of Internet Shopping mall are important factors that affect customer satisfaction.
