e-Logistics is defined as the execution by electronic means of interactive and inter-organizational process along the chain from supplier to customer. The purpose of this study is to prove the relationship between the degree of e-logistics usage which Korean exporters applied and the cooperation relationship of international logistics. The transaction cost theory was adapted to explain this relationship. Empirical research model of this study is consist of the degree of e-logistics usage which Korean exporters applied as the independent variables, the cooperation relationship of international logistics as the dependent variables and transaction cost as the mediating variables. Research finding can be summarized as follows.<BR> These analyses revealed that the degree of e-logistics usage has significant effect upon the decrease of every transaction cost. These analyses showed that the decrease of transaction costs exerted effect on the increase of e-logistics usage. These analyses proved that the increase of e-logistics usage caused the increase of the cooperation relationship of international logistics. I proposed the transaction costs as a mediator in the research model. This indicated that the transaction costs had significant influences as a mediator on the relationship between the degree of e-logistics usage and the cooperation relationship of international logistics.
