A Study on the Development of the Personal Informatization Evaluation System and its Application

&nbsp;&nbsp;The advent of information-oriented society brings enterprise&quot;s competition to more severe, and makes it necessary for the efficient use of enterprise&quot;s resources. Enterprises propelled informatization through with the advanced information technology to improve business efficiency and productivity. In this informatization environment, the bottom line is not how good information systems are, but rather how well they are used. Therefore, personal informatization level is very important to improve business performance and enterprise&quot;s competitiveness in enterprise of informatization environment.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In this study, we developed a PIES (Personal Informatization Evaluation System) that could evaluate personal informatization and maturity level and applied it to human resources in enterprise of informatization environment to verify its application validity. We had a pilot test before applying the public evaluation to human resources in enterprise and the evaluation materials for the PIES ware composed of questionnaire, written test and utilization test.
