  The subject of education neither the planner nor the maker of curriculum but teacher himself. Preschool teachers must be trained as specialisrs because they must decide how to teach and what to teach for various kind of infants, expecially because infants in their preschool days are apt to be more influenced by educational more influenced by the qualification of teacher than any other elements.   Nersery problem is an important one which should be salved in that nursery can offer children not only security but also educational experience.   The employee in the nursery system should have high personality in order that good educational experience can be offered to childern.   Especially, the training process of preschool teacher must be deeply concerned about for the all round education of preschool children.   Preschool days may influence children in various directions after their grwth, it will be our hope that better educational experience should be offered to hope that better educational experience should be offered to them for peace their and welfare.   Therefore it is necessary to settle and make up for make up the curriculum in order that the employees in preschool system can be teachers who have professionlism and educational view based on belief.
