There is a rapid growth in e-commerce as the internet technology advances. No doubt the increasing numbers of consumers are realizing the convenience of purchasing merchandise by gathering information through e-commerce trade markets. The advantage of easy access to price comparison and purchasing would be one of the factors as to why consumers prefer e-commerce.<BR> This thesis provides the innovative Purchase Suggestion System proposal named CABUSAS(CAr BUying Support Agent System) that can be useful to automobile companies and to potential automobile consumers. The current systems that are in use only provide simple search functions as to choose from the [Maker] selection or the [Model] selection. However, this paper attempts to establish a new system to help consumers to make the best choice in purchasing by adding more categories of age, sex gender, occupation, expected automobile price, monthly car maintenance and driving experience.<BR> The site also provides the information of how other consumers who have similar background to oneself made their purchasing decisions in the past. We expect to see the increase in the sales growth by reducing marking expenses through the highly efficient Purchasing Suggestion System based on the customer satisfaction. The e-commerce will activate as customers realize the benefits of making the most appropriate model selection.
