농외소득원으로서 농촌관광의 중요성 연구

A Study of the Importance of Rural Tourism as Non-farm Income

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 농촌관광이 다양한 분야에 걸쳐서 매우 중요한 농외소득원이 될 수 있음을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 우리나라는 농공단지 조성과 관광농원을 통한 농외소득 증가는 좋은 성과를 거두지 못하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;EU는 농촌관광에 서비스 생산으로서의 농업활동의 중요한 의미를 부여하며 LEADER 프로그램을 통해 주민참여형 농촌개발사업과 농촌지역개발이 잘 이루어지고 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;또한 복합형태를 가진 그린투어리즘을 농촌관광(rural tourism)의 개념으로 접근하며 그린투어리즘 농가의 인증제와 등급제를 실시하고 지역차원의 네트워크를 통하여 자발적이며 강력한 농촌관광조직을 가진다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;유럽 농촌관광은 농가체험을 기본으로 한 다양한 프로그램과 특성화된 시설을 조성하고 농촌관광 자원 보존을 전제로 한다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;EU에 비하여 우리나라의 농촌관광은 도시민의 단기적이고 비체류형의 관광형태가 보편화되어 있으며, 농외소득의 비중이 낮은바 보다 효율적인 투자를 요구한다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study examines a rural tourism which could be a very important source of non-farm income through the numerous sectors. We haven&quot;t good results in the increase of non- farm income by the rural industrial complex and the sightseeing farm.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Giving the importance of agricultural activity to rural tourism as service products, EU helps well the development of the rural regions by their residents&quot; participation through Leader Program. Also approaching to the green tourism of multiple forms as a notion of rural tourism, it has realized the certification and the classification of the green tourism farms which have a voluntary and powerful rural tourism organization by the regional networks. Europe&quot;s rural tourism having the different programs based on the farm experience and specialized installations, is premised on the conservation of the resources of rural tourism. Comparing to EU, our rural tourism which has a short term and non resident form making lower non- farm income, demands more efficient investments.
