The purpose of this study is to present the method of effective food service by studying the effect of consumer behavior in the food service industry. A total of 183 samples were collected through questionnaires from the variety types of restaurants. To verify hypotheses covariance structure analysis is used.<BR> The results can be summarized as follows: Consumer behavior significant positive effects on motivation of buy.
