축구선수의 체력, 기술현황과 지구성훈련 효과에 관한 연구

A Study on Physical Fitness, Technical Situation and Endurance Training Effects of Soccer Players

&nbsp;&nbsp;The study deals with the physical fitness, technical factors of soccer players that are all college soccer team members, and shows basic data for estimating the sports capacities of them, and reports the effects of endurance training.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The objects of the study consist of 28 soccer players of K University. 14 out of them are regular players who underwent interval training for the study, and the other are substitude ones who underwent continous training, and all of them underwent some examinations on physical fitness, technical factors and physical work capacity, and the results are as follows.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. The discriminant equation for estimating the sports capacity is as follow, and it indicates that a player who makes a negative discriminant score is potential and excellent player.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Discriminant Score=(1.137×100M run)+(0.008×1,500M run)+(0.027×sar all the onjects increase continuously, especially the percent of increase of the gent jump)+(0.007×back strength)+(0.031×trunk flexion)+(0.531×dribbling)+(-0.051×long kick)+(-0.161×throwin)+(-0.326×shoot).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. The 14 regular players who underwent interval training have the preponderance in physical fitness and technical factor.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. The score of the All-out time, Running distance, and physical work capacity of substitute players who underwent continuous training is outstanding.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;5. The heart rate at rest and exercise as well as at recovery and the maximal heart rate of all the objects decrease noticeably.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;6. The diastolic and systolic blood pressure of all the objects decrease at rest, but there is changes in particular at recovery.
