A Study of the Degree of Satisfaction with the Duty of the Physical Education Teacher of the Middle School

&nbsp;&nbsp;The conclusion obtained based by the result of the above study process and material analysis is as the below;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. Women teachers have been affirmative in the sense of accomplishment in inside and outside of school through the teaching duty in the whole variable causes except the rewarding system compared to the men teachers.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. The older and longer the age and the educational career of the physical teachers, the higher the satisfaction degree from the duty.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. The degree of the duty satisfaction in the question items of the question papers which are thought to be fruitful. valuable and meaningful toward the teaching occupation has appeared to be highest satisfaction.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. The inter-relation between duty satisfaction and the area was high and the inter-relation between authorized position and given duty area showed very high.
