A Study on Job Satisfaction of Physical Director in Sports Center

&nbsp;&nbsp;We tried questionare survey to 331 physical director who worked for sports center in the region of Seoul and Kyung-Gi Do By scientific analysis of those result, we got some conclusion on the difference of job satisfaction in accordance with personal characteristics and their environment.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1) The satisfaction degree with establishment was remarked in those who worked at sports complex(2.48±0.61), but them at none-complex sports center(2.63±0.65, p＜.05).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2) We also found the reasionable difference in the comparision of the equipment, career, sexual difference(p＜.01).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3) Those applicants had a good opinion of the equipment in sports complex (2.63±0.67), but that was not in non-complex sports center(2.98±0.78, p＜.001).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4) Those group who were older than 30, showed better response(9.4±0.81);but those who younger than 25 were not(3.11±0.66, p＜.05).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;5) we did not find the reasionable difference in equipment scale, sexual difference, age, career, position and their scholarship.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;6) On the whole, those physical director in sports complex showed higher difference(2.95±0.50) than them in non-complex sports center(2.74±0.47, p＜.001).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;7) Six factors about job satisfaction had no important relation between groups. But general satisfaction was showed higher in non-complex sports center(3.04±0.46) than sports complex(2.94±0.43, p＜.05);in male(3.02±0.49) than female(2.92±0.38);older group than 25(3.01±0.43) than lower group below 25(2.83±0.39, p＜.05).
