The Effect of Anaerobic Threshold Level on the Recovery Rate of Respiratory Circulation System after Supramaximal Exercise

The purpose of this study is to analyze the anaerobic threshold level on recovery rate of respiratory circulation system after supramaximal exercise.<BR> With the data measured from the healthy male students attending K university.<BR> We can draw the following conclusion.<BR> 1. Variables of recovery rate of respiratory circulation system after supramaximal exercise were rapidly restored in three minutes at the early stage of recovery rate of respiratory system was higher than that of circulation system.<BR> 2. As to variables of respiratory circulation system anaerobic threshold has relations with oxygen uptake at the early stage recovery and with heart rate after the middle stage of recovery.<BR> 3. Ventilation threshold did not show significant relations with any variables except oxygen uptake of one minute at the stage of recovery.<BR> Consequently recovery rate of respiratory circulation system after supramaximal exercise has much more correlation with anaerobic thershold than with ventilation.
