A study on the behaviorial patterns of Leadership in sports for all directors

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study was tried to investigate leadership of behaviorial patterns in sports for all directors for this, 23 sports for all centers in Seoul which were composed of 155 man and 78 woman in sports for all directors by each of sex and age and school career and direct career.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;We analyzed these data with questionaire and by this research we drawn a conclusion as follows.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1) The comparison of each sex was appears high man in the trainning and instruction behavior and democratic behavior and autocratic behavior and social support. There shows appears high woman in the positive feedback but shows a no significance.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2) The comparison of each age was appears high 20 generation in the trainning and instruction behavior and positive feedback. There shows appears high 30 generation in the social support. There shows appears same between 20 generation and 30 generation in the democratic behavior but shows a no significance.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3) The trainning and instruction behavior by the each school career was appeared as special college followed by university followed by graduate university followed by high school but showed no significance difference.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the democratic behavior was appeared as special college followed by graduate university followed by university followed by high school but showed no significance difference.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the autocratic behavior was appeared as special college followed by graduate university followed by high school followed by university but showed no significance difference.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the social support and positive feedback was appeared as special college followed by graduate university followed by high school followed by university and showed significance difference.(p＜.05)<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4) The trainning and instruction behavior and autocratic behavior by the each direct career was appeared as 3~5years followed by 1~3years followed by 5years over followed by 1 year down but showed no significance difference.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the democratic behavior was appeared as 1~3years followed by 3~5years followed by 5 years over followed by 1 year down but showed no significance difference.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the social support was appeared as 5 years over followed by 1~3years followed by 3~5years followed by 1year down and showed significance difference(p＜.05) between 5 years over and 1 year down.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the positive feedback was appeared as l~3years followed 1 year down followed by 3~5years followed by 5 years over but showed no significance difference.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;5) The study was concluded as follows leadership of behaviorial pattern in sports for all directors. There showed no significance difference in each of sex and age but there showed significance difference (p＜.05) in each of school career and direct career.
