The purpose of study was to determine the effect of pulmonary function of university tennis players(n=6 Smoker group and n=6 Non-smoker group).<BR> The results obtained from the experiment were as follows.<BR> 1. FVC appeared in order of smoker group(4.51±0.3 ℓ), non-smoker group(5.05±0.2 ℓ).<BR> 2. FEV1 appeared in order of smoker group(3.88±0.8㎖), non-smoker group(4.40±0.4 ㎖).<BR> 3. FEV1/FVC appeared in order of smoker group(86.25±15.4%), non-smoker group(91.25±9.4%).<BR> 4. FEF25%-75% appeared in order of smoker group(4.06±1.4 ℓ), non-smoker group(4.98±1.1 ℓ).<BR> 5. MVV appeared in order of smoker group(133.67±34.5 ℓ), non-smoker group (172.95±23.4 ℓ).<BR> 6. VC appeared in order of smoker group(4.80±0.4 ℓ), non-smoker group(5.59±0.3 ℓ).<BR> 7. TLC appeared in order of smoker group(6.59±0.6 ℓ), non-smoker group(7.82±1.1 ℓ).<BR> 8. RV appeared in order of smoker group(1.79±0.6 ℓ), non-smoker group(2.23±1.0 ℓ).<BR> 9. FRC appeared in order of smoker group(3.59±0.5 ℓ), non-smoker group(4.32±0.9 ℓ).<BR> 10. ERV appeared in order of smoker group(l.80±0.4 ℓ), non-smoker group(2.09±0.3 ℓ).<BR> 11. IC appeared in order of smoker group(3.00±0.2 ℓ), non-smoker group(3.51±0.3 ℓ).<BR> 12. TV appeared in order of smoker group(0.72±0.2 ㎖), non-smoker group(0.88±0.1 ㎖).<BR> 13. IRV appeared in order of smoker group(2.28±0.1 ℓ). non-smoker group(2.63±0.2 ℓ).
