The purpose of this paper was to estimate a effective recovery method for passive recovery and active recovery(HRmax 30% and 50~30% Combination recovery), and a difference between HRmax 30% recovery exercise load and HRmax 50~30% combination recovery exercise load. Six track athletes participated as subjects.<BR> The results and conclusion of this paper is as follows:<BR> 1. Blood lactate concentration after incremental maximal exercise load was shown a significant difference (p<0.01) after exercise of three types, but it was display decreased levels follows time course of recovery phase(p<0.05; p<0.01).<BR> 2. Blood lactate concentration during recovery was shown significantly decreased levels (p<0.01) in HRmax 30% recovery, compared to passive recovery.<BR> 3. Blood lactate concentration during recovery of passive and combination exercise intensity (HRmax 50~30%) displayed significant difference(P<0.05) in recovery three minute.<BR> 4. No significant difference between HRmax 30% exercise intensity and combination exercise intensity.
