The purpose of this study was to determine the Effects of Weight Training on Plasma Lipid and Lipoprotein:T-C, HDL-C,T-C/HDL-C, LDL-C, TG. The subjects of this study were selected of 10 females in 10s. All subject were required to fast overnight (at least 12 hours) before blood sampling.<BR> The Weight Training were done by these subjects for 60 minutes per each day, 3 days per week for 10 weeks.<BR> From the paired t-test of the results, the following conclusions may be made.<BR> 1. Weight Training for 10 weeks were changed significantly in plasma T-C concentration levels.<BR> 2. Weight Training for 10 weeks were not changed significantly in plasma HDL-C concentration levels.<BR> 3. Weight Training for 10 weeks were not changed sigificantly in plasma T-C/HDL-C concentration levels.<BR> 4. Weight Training for 10 weeks were changed significantly in plasma LDL-C concentration levels.<BR> 5. Weight Training for 10 weeks were not changed significantly in plasma T-G concentration levels.
