지속적인 수영훈련이 주부들의 체력 및 순환기능에 미치는 영향

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of swimming training on the physique, physical fitness and cardiorespiratory function.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;42 housewives at B leisure town were selected as subject and then divided into three group; The thirties group with 15 persons, forties group with 14 persons, fifties group with 13 persons.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Swimming training was four times a week for the period 8 weeks.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To evaluate the charge of skinfolds, muscular strength, cardiorespiratory function each group was measured.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The pre test was enforced before taking the experiment, and the post1 test was operated after taking the experiment 4 weeks later, and the post2 test was operated after the experiment 8 weeks later.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results were as follows;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. Non significant change was appeared in the triceps of thirty age 10.82%, forty age 8.72%, fifty age 14.64%, abdomen of thirty age 14.97%, forty age 11.86%, fifty age 10.30%, subscapular of thirty age 8.04%, forty age 5.29%, fifty age 10.66%, thigh of thirty age 10.03%, forty age 9.02%, fifty age 8.94%, total thickness of thirty age 10.59%, forty age 8.84%, fifty age 11.16% decreased by after 8 weeks.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Non significant change decreased in the %fat of thirty age 7.65%%, forty age 5.70%, fifty age 10.52%, fat of thirty age 8.29%, forty age 6.99%, fifty age 11.40%, and increased in the body density of thirty age 0.33%, forty age 0.30%, fifty age 0.62%, LBM of thirty age 1.56%, forty age 0.82%, fifty age 2.30% by after 8 weeks.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Muscle strength was increased in the grip strength of thirty age 19.58%, forty age 11.87%, significant change was fifty age 13.58%(p<0.05), significant change was increased in the back strength of thirty age 12.30%(p<0.05) by after 4 weeks, 18.89%(p<0.001) by after 8 weeks, forty age 19.01%(p<0.01), fifty age 17.28%(p<0.01) by after 8 weeks.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. Flexibility was increased in the trunk flexion of thirty age 52.70%, forty age 28.26%, fifty age 25.41%, significant change was increased in the trunk extension of thirty age 28.42%(p<0.01), forty age 20.59%(p<0.01), fifty age 17.00% by after 8 weeks.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;5. Cardirespiratory function was decreased in the systolic blood pressure of thirty age 3.49%, forty page 3.64%, fifty age 5.96%, diastolic blood pressure of thirty age 4.23%, forty age 0.87%, fifty age 4.96% by after 8 weeks, significant change was decreased in the rest heart rate of thirty age 5.60%(p<0.05), forty age 7.01%(p<0.05), fifty age 4.79% by after 8 weeks.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In conclusion swimming training is effective as the method of all-round development physique, physical fitness and cardiorespiratory function.
