A Study on the Current State of the Sports Facilities for the Han-Gang Citizens’ Park and Its’ Effective Utilization Plans

&nbsp;&nbsp;The aim of this study is primarily to examine the current state of the sports facilities for the Han-Gang Citizens’ Park and to propose its effective utilization plans for the coming 21st century.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The main findings and conclusions can be described as follows:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. Strengthening of publicity fucntions<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. To provide citizens with various means of easy access to the Park such as shuttle buses and samaul buses<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Developments of new programs for the disabled and senior citizens<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. Extensive utlization measures for the evening hours<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;5. To make the Park distictive according to each distict<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;6. Reorganization of the Parks’ administrative structures<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;7. Diversification of programs, and training and retaining instructors of an excellent caliber.
