  It is the purpose of this research that finds on solution, one of the efforts to seek for the improvement and secure the base about improving the judgement of Taekwondo, to disentangle a complicated matter which remains in a sports fields, with a method which find out the referees"(the one) and coaches"(the other) understanding and opinion about those subjects above mentioned. The target of this study is the permanent referees, 65 persons, who participated in the national team elimination match and the outstanding coaches, 65, who already have many players taken part in the game. In advance, I made a questionnaire with the help from existing studies, asked a professor of the Taekwondo department, the head of referee committee, a coach of the national team, and an officer of the associates to examine, modified and wrote it down The confidence of it recorded 99.2%. I took statistics respectively on percentage, the maximum frequency, average, and so on. Chi square and T-test are used for the analysis of the differences between the two groups. After operating these, I get some conclusions. 1) There is a big difference between the two groups" on the accuracy and justice that Taekwondo match has. 2) Referees see present judgement getting better, coaches don"t 3) The two groups(the one and the other) don"t trust each other so that each members can get stresses at the worst. 4) To develope the quality of the judgement in match, the think best to reduce a trend of mutual distrust and make their performance higher. On the contrary, the others assists that the referees competence and educational system should be in priority. 5) According to the two, they all take the misjudgement for granted when winning and leading take place. 6) Also the big difference between the two groups" opinion occurs in the winning and leading. 7) The one doesn"t think that the import of the graded score system has an impact on the improvement of the judgement but the other does. 8) The one regards existing criteria in judging "leading" as good but the other doesn"t. 9) The coaches think of a warning judgement and a penalty count system as being used for the unfair judgement but the referees are in the opposite. 10) the referees think that the import of the supervisor system doesn"t have an effect on the correctness and fairness in the match but the coaches don"t think so.
