Study on Satisfaction of Taekwon-dojang by Training Type of Taekwondo Trainers

The subjects of this study were randomly selected in Taekwondo training centers in Daegu. Then, the survey was conducted to 300 trainees. Among these respondents, those who were insincere in the survey were excluded. Finally, the questionnaires from 261 trainees were used for this study. The statistical methods for this study were mean and standard deviation(Mean & SD), t-test, oneway Arova. The statistical significance was decided as p<.05. For post-hoc test, multiple range tests of Sheffe was applied for verification. The results of this survey were explained below. 1. Regression analysis of satisfaction on training type and Taekwondojang 1) Regression analysis of satisfaction on training types and program; For the training types influencing on the satisfaction on programs, thematic training(p<.001) and interactive training(p<.001) influenced on satisfaction on programs in order and instructive training didn"t influence on it. 2) Regression analysis of satisfaction on training types and facilities For the training types influencing on the satisfaction on facilities, thematic training(p<.001) and interactive training(p<.05) influenced on satisfaction on program; in order and instructive training didn"t influence on it. 3) Regression analysis of satisfaction on training types and trainers For the training types influencing on the satisfaction on trainers, thematic training(p<.001), interactive training(p<.01) and instructive training(p<.05) influenced on satisfaction on program; in order 4) Regression analysis of satisfaction on training types and development of social skills For the training types influencing on the satisfaction on development of social skills, thematic training(p<.001), interactive training(p<.001) and instructive training(p<.01) influenced on satisfaction on programs in order.
