A Course of Physical Fitness Testing and Adjusting Improvements

&nbsp;&nbsp;The past 4 years (1986 - 1989) a study on junior high and high school students for their physical fitness, development, examination for physical fitness system and the problem during class required improvement.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The study analysis is as follows.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. At this time the 3 years during middle school and high school testing scores for the physical fitness examinations starts at 15 - 20 (with 20 = high score).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The score should be changed to 10 - 20, so that there can be a 10 point difference rather than 5.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. During P.E class instead of practing P.E, the students participate in preparing for their physical fitness examination also there are shortening of P.E class, which need to be readjusted.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. In the physical fitness examination, the test results showed that 93.9% - 94.9% scored 100. The standard physical fitness table must be higher adjusted.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. Physical fitness supervisors must be strict and hard in order to maintain a more better physical fitness examination.
