수중재활 운동이 여성 요통환자의 유연성과 복부 근력에 미치는 영향

The effects of aquatic rehabilitation exercise on flexibility of the waist and abdomen muscular power of female lumbago patients

&nbsp;&nbsp;This research divided 30 female, who have simple pains in their waist into two groups, a comparative and a contrastive group, and each group consists of 15 persons.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. Trunk Flexion : It doesn&quot;t have any statistically meaningful effects on the contrastive group, but has a coefficient of correlation with the comparative group(p<0.05).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Trunk Extension : It doesn&quot;t have any statistically meaningful effects on the contrastive group, but has a coefficient of correlation with the comparative group(p<0.05).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Sit-up duration time : It doesn&quot;t have any statistically meaningful effects on the contrastive group, but has a coefficient of correlation with the comparative group(p<0.05).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. Aquatic rehabilitation execise has effects on flexibility of the waist and muscular power of the abdomen from 0 and 4 weeks to 8 and 12 weeks(p<0.05).
