This research divided 30 female, who have simple pains in their waist into two groups, a comparative and a contrastive group, and each group consists of 15 persons.<BR> 1. Trunk Flexion : It doesn"t have any statistically meaningful effects on the contrastive group, but has a coefficient of correlation with the comparative group(p<0.05).<BR> 2. Trunk Extension : It doesn"t have any statistically meaningful effects on the contrastive group, but has a coefficient of correlation with the comparative group(p<0.05).<BR> 3. Sit-up duration time : It doesn"t have any statistically meaningful effects on the contrastive group, but has a coefficient of correlation with the comparative group(p<0.05).<BR> 4. Aquatic rehabilitation execise has effects on flexibility of the waist and muscular power of the abdomen from 0 and 4 weeks to 8 and 12 weeks(p<0.05).
