태권도 수련이 아동기 체력수준에 미치는 영향

The effect of taekwondo training on the childhood physical fitness level

  The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of taekwondo training on childhood physical fitness level. Subject, aged 13 years, were divided into one of two groups,i.e., taekwondo training group(n=33), and control group(n=33). The mean period of taekwondo training was about 18 months. Repeat taekwondo term of 18 make too much of physical strength about flexibility and speed. Muscle strength, muscle endurance strength and balance etc. will be developed and applied.
