The purpose of this study was to investigate difference of the physical fitness and the cardiorespiratory function between some trained Golf, Ice-Hockey and Soccer players.
The subject are 12 person, repectly.
I adopted the physical test and used bicycle-ergometer to understand the effect to know the physical fitness and developing states of the sampled young students.
I. Physical fitness
1) In factors of grip strength(right, left), back strength, arm sterength flexion(right, left), arm sterength extension(right, left), leg strength flexion(right, left) and leg strength extension(left) It showed that were not any remarkable difference between Golf, Ice-Hockey and Soccer group at rest and maximum exercise.
2) In factors of showed in Soccer player 117.95±17.89㎏, Ice-Hockey player 98.13±12.41㎏, Golf player 92.65±18.86㎏. Among these group there was significantly(p<.01).
3) In factors of leg strength extension(right) showed in Soccer player 59.80±7.04㎏, Ice-Hockey player 58.75±7.47㎏, Golf player 51.30±10.13㎏. Among these group there was significantly(p<.05).
4) In factors of sit-up showed in Soccer player 59.00±7.77n/min, Ice-Hockey player 51.25±11.27n/min, Golf player 42.20±7.94n/min. Among these group there was significantly(p<.01).
5) In factors of sargent jump showed in Soccer player 50.70±4.99㎝, Ice-Hockey player 45.42±5.12㎝, Golf player 43.00±3.02㎝. Among these group there was significantly(p<.01).
6) In factors of Jumping and steping showed in Soccer player 27.10±2.73n/min, Ice-Hockey player 21.50±2.54n/min, Golf player 20.10±2.69n/min. Among these group there was significantly(p<.001).
7) In factors of trunk flexion showed in Soccer player 17.40±5.58㎝, Ice-Hockey player 11.67±8.14㎝, Golf player 9.80±4.44㎝. Among these group there was a notable difference(p<.05).
2. Cardiovascular
1) In Tidal volume(rest, max), Ventilation(rest, max), respiration(rest), Heart rate(max), Oxygen pulse(rest). All-out time, Oxygen Consumption(rest), ventilation of Carbon dioxide production(rest, max). Respiratory quotient(rest, max) and Oxygen Consumption per ㎏ body weight(rest) It showed that were not any remarkable difference between Golf, Ice-Hockey, Soccer group at rest and maximum exercise.
2) In maximum RR. It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.05) between Golf player 52.80±8.02n/m, Ice-Hockey player 52.80±8.02n/m, Soccer player 62.70±6.99n/m.
3) In maximum HR. It showed that there were not any remarkable difference between Golf player 195.90±11.67 beats/min.
4) In maximum O₂ pulse, It showed that there was a significant difference(P<.05) between Golf player 14.17±2.55ml/beats, Ice-Hockey player 17.47±3.44ml/beats, Soccer player 17.02±2.62ml/beats.
5) In maximum VO₂. It showed that there was a significant difference(P<.05) between Golf player 2765.70±470.70l/min, Ice-Hockey player 3274.42±621.88l/min, Soccer player 3200.60±468.60l/min.
6) In maximum VO₂/W, It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.01) between Golf player 50.91±7.48ml/㎏/min, 50.91±7.48ml/㎏/min.
