Many corporate organizations have tried to find source in organizational culture and leadership for responding to environment and increasing organizational effectiveness since 1990"s. However, Recent trend of increasing indirected participation of people on pro sports activities as leisure has been facilitating the rapid increase of pro sports business organizations to meet people"s demand on indirected sports activities participation The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship of service leadership, job satisfaction of the workers in the taekwondo clubs. In order to achieve this purpose three research questions were established. First question was that there will be relationship controlling to variables between service leadership of the workers in the taekwondo clubs. Participants for this study were 221 adults. Of participations valid data were 190. They completed a modified inventory of the service leadership, job satisfaction. More details, service leadership Scale modified by Su(1982), job satisfaction scale by Beard & Ragheb(1980) were using after remodeling scale to investigate the purpose of this study. Results were analysed in quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered survey. The most two meaningful results of the study were as follows; First, there was influenced to relationship between service leadership. Second, there was influenced to relationship between service leadership and job satisfaction.
