The purpose of this study was to test the effect of circuit training on the body composition and muscle strength. Thirty students of physical education at K-university and S-university were selected and divided into two groups: one was the control group with 15 students and the other was the training group with 15 students. Thirty minute"s circuit training was performed three times a week for the period of 6 weeks.<BR> The results of data analysis are as follows:<BR> 1. Total skinfold thickness, percent fat and body fat of those in the control group increased slightly, while change of those in the training group decreased significantly.<BR> 2. Lean body mass of the training group increased slightly more than that of the control group.<BR> 3. No significant change was revealed in leg strength, arm strength, grip strength and back strength of each member in the control group, while change of those in the training group increased significantly.
