대학정보센터의 정보화경영시스템 도입을 위한 조직구성원의 인식도에 관한 실증적 연구 - 조직특성별 분류를 중심으로

  최근 유비쿼터스의 기업조직에 대한 적용 등과 함께 대학도서관 경영에도 효과적인 방법 중의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 영리조직인 기업에서 효율적인 경영관리의 기법으로 인식되고 있는 정보화경영시스템(IMS)을 비영리조직인 대학정보센터에 도입, 적용하기 위한 연구의 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구에서는 조직특성별로 IMS도입을 위한 실무담당자 및 관리자를 비롯한 조직구성원들의 이에 대한 인식도를 분석하기 위해 67개 대학을 설문조사하였다. 본 연구결과는 각 대학조직에서 IMS의 도입을 위한 제반 선행요건이나 고려하여야 할 사항 등을 미리 파악함으로써보다 나은 도서관경영관리의 새로운 방향을 제시하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;There are two key characteristics of the beginning of the twenty-first century. High-velocity global change and the emerging power of information organizations. Rapid changes in international relations, the globalization of business, the rise of China as a major economic power. In the last few years, enterprise resource planning(ERP) software that is used by many of the business organizations in Korea. Especially, according to the change of society, most company need to become interested on IMS(information management systems).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The IMS was required that the change of new management method in university organization as well as companies. University information center in university organization needs more to innovating with through information management systems. This is the transcendental study the introduction of IMS to university information center in Korea.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;That is, this study examined which factors were related to the directions for the development and some problems in the university information center, Korea. In this paper investigated difference of recognition between college and university about IMS. The samples (n=67) were composed of those who had already engaged in university library and college. The frequency and ANOVA were completed to investigate how to do considerate about that.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of this study were as follows;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Most participants was considerate no more important about IMS introduction. Therefore, additional results of ANOVA analysis was recognized employee&quot;s about IMS that the problems do not have difference of recognition in introduction necessary and introduction time of IMS. That is, it was insignified with F=0.469(p=0.497), sig=0.05. and F=2.410(p=0.125), sig=0.05. By the way, education necessary of IMS was signified with F=7.470(p=0.008), sig=0.01<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Finally, in this paper provided the fundamental data for the standardization and transparency related to policy establish of university information center for introducing of IMS.
