교사의 여가활동 참여가 직무스트레스 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향

The Relationship Between Participation in Leisure Activity and Job Stress, Job Satisfaction of Teachers

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 교사의 여가활동 참가와 직무스트레스 및 직무만족의 관계를 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 D광역시 소재 중등학교에 재직하는 교사를 모집단으로 설정한 다음, 체계적 유층집락무선 표집법(systematic stratified cluster random sampling)을 활용하여 480명을 표집 하였으며, 이 중 불성실한 응답을 제외하고 실제 분석에 사용된 사례수는 421명 이었다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;수집된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 사용한 통계기법은 t 검증, 회귀분석, 경로분석을 사용하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;이와 같은 연구 방법 및 절차를 통하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;첫째, 여가활동 참가는 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 여가활동 참가 유형 중 스포츠 여가활동 참가가 비스포츠 여가활동 참가에 비해 교사의 직무스트레스가 낮았고, 여가활동 만족정도가 높을수록 직무스트레스를 적게 경험하는 것으로 나타났다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;둘째, 여가활동 참가는 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 여가활동 참가 유형 중 스포츠 여가활동 참가가 비스포츠 여가활동 참가에 비해 교사의 직무만족이 높았고, 여가활동 몰입정도와 만족정도가 높을수록 직무만족을 높게 경험하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;셋째, 교사의 여가활동 참가는 직무스트레스 및 직무만족 변인간 직？간접적인 경로를 통하여 유의한 인과관계를 나타냈다. 즉 교사의 여가활동 참가만족, 빈도는 직무만족에 직접적인 영향을, 그리고 참가만족은 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 직무스트레스를 통해 직무만족에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직무 스트레스는 여가활동 참가와 직무만족을 연결해 주는 중요한 매개 변인임을 알 수 있다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between participation in leisure activities and job stress, job satisfaction of teachers. The subjects of this study were teachers serving in middle school and high school of T megalopolis. Using systematic stratified cluster random sampling, 421 teachers were sampled and asked to respond the survey. <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To analyze the data collected for this study, SPSS 11.0 program was used for t-test, regression analysis, and path analysis. <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results from this study are as follows:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, participation in leisure activities influenced the teaching stress. In detail, type and satisfaction were significant variables for the teaching stress.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Second, participation in leisure activities influenced the teaching satisfaction. In detail, type, flow experience, and satisfaction were significant variables for the teaching satisfaction. <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Third, teacher&quot;s participation in leisure activities showed significant causal relationship with teaching stress and teaching satisfaction. In detail, teacher&quot;s participation in leisure activities had direct and indirect influence on the enhancement of teaching satisfaction with mediating variables of teaching stress.
