&nbsp;&nbsp;This thesis is studied on picture-story&quot;s character of Anrakkuktaejagyeong -byeonsangdo. First it is studied on making circumstances of this work. Subsequently it is grasped picture-story&quot;s character of this work, and it is inspected its meaning of art and literature&quot;s history. The main contents is summarized as follows.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. This work is reformed harmonized with the middle period of Cho-seon dynasty. And it is heir to tradition of Buddhist picture in Korea dynasty. As it is taken into account record of picture or whole character of prose, it is showed that this work could be made by a buddhist that have a deep knowledge of culture in its day.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. This work is the same as a content of Sukposangjeol or Wolinsukpo. The picture&quot;s composition could be planned to dramatic effect using contrast method with correspond to character&quot;s acting. In its content, picture or korea letter record has no different to Anrakkuktaejajeon. Especially, insertion song has no variety, so it is used as the same. So this work&quot;s korea letter contents is based on Wolinseokpo. This work has a dramatic effect because of careful arrangement of narrative contents.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. This work has a quality of picture-story sufficiently. This work is paid attention of fitting arrangement of picture correspond to that story. It means that story is used to text of playing, and picture is used to visual text of story. Therefore this work could be played effective playing by itself. So this work could be played by player standing in front of picture and pointing the picture contents.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. This work is paid attention to literary art history. First this work has a position of literature history. Because it could be guessed currency actual condition or historical network of Anrakkuktaejajeon. And this work could go far toward change of picture history or grasping special feature. This work has a different with existing picture, and it has a special meaning in korea picture history. Especially this work is taken notice of playing-text that is arranged with story and picture. As it is considered that story and picture is a derivative form in course of buddhism playing, in this work arrangement of two parts means that it is suitable playing condition. And it is important that playing history of buddhism or drama history could be seen by this work playing.
