A Study on the International Unification of Maritime Labour Standard

&nbsp;&nbsp;Nowadays, an internationalization of the labour market is a phenomenon occurring in the field of practically all industry according to an appearance of the multinational company, a international shift of labor, etc.. Expecially, it is more frequently occurring in the field of maritime industry that has a characteristic of internationalization. Whereas also the failure of any nation to adopt humane conditions of labour is an obstacle in the way of other nations which desire to improve the conditions in their own countries. Therefore, it is very importance to achieve the international unification of maritime labour standard.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;“Maritime Labour Convention, 2006” is adopted as a single, coherent instrument by the ILC in its Ninety-fourth Session on 23 February 2006 with a view to rejuvenating and strengthening the standard-setting system.
