리더십에서 임파워먼트가 조직성원에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The Impact of the Leadership"s Empowerment on the Organization Members

&nbsp;&nbsp;본연구는 목회자의 변혁적 리더쉽 패러다임과 서번트 리더쉽 패러다임이 임파워먼트와 교인행동 수준에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하고자 모형을 설정하고 변혁적 리더쉽 패러다임과 서번트 리더쉽 패러다임이 발휘되는 과정을 검증하는데 목표를 두고 시행되었다. 실증연구의 분석결과를 정리해보면 다음과 같다<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;첫째, 목회자가 변혁적 리더쉽 패러다임을 발휘함에 있어서 임파워먼트를 매개로 할 때에 리더쉽 효과가 더욱 좋았다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;둘째, 임파워먼트가 교인들의 행동수준에 미치는 영향이 서번트 리더쉽 패러다임이 교인행동에 미치는 영향보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;셋째. 목회자의 변혁적 리더쉽 패러다임이 교인들의 행동수준에 미치는 영향관계에서 변혁적 리더쉽 패러다임의 변수 중에 영감적 동기유발이 높게 나타났다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;넷째, 목회자의 서번트 리더쉽 패러다임이 교인들의 행동수준에 영향을 미치는 영향관계에서 서번트 리더쉽 패러다임 변수중에 “리더의 추종자 인식”이 높게 도출되었다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;따라서 목회자는 한 교회의 리더로서 지속적으로 교인들 개개인의 비전과 교회의 비전 그리고 교회의 공동목표에 대해 확신시켜줌으로써 교인들이 목회자와 공동의 비전과 목표를 가지고 자신의 신앙생활에 만족감을 느낄 수 있도록 리더쉽을 발휘해야 할 것이다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study is purposed to determine the influences of the pastor&quot;s innovative leadership paradigm and the servant leadership paradigm on the empowerment and the lay people&quot;s behaviors. For this, the models were set to test the practical processes of the innovative leadership paradigm and servant leadership paradigm.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The author set the models and hypothesis based on the theoretical studies and conducted the empirical analysis.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Hypotheses of this study are as follows:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. The pastor&quot;s innovative leadership elements will have good influences on the lay people&quot;s behaviors via the empowerment;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. The pastor&quot;s servant leadership elements will have good influences on the lay people&quot;s behaviors via the empowerment;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. The pastor&quot;s innovative leadership elements will have good influences on the lay people&quot;s behaviors; and<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. The pastor&quot;s servant leadership elements will have good influences on the lay people&quot;s behaviors.
