A Case Study on Productivity Improvement based on the Development of Molding of Sanitation Fixture - Focusing on the Cultured Marble Washbasin & Bathtub

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study focus on the development of new molding ways of the cultured marble washbasin &amp; bathtub to produce higher quality goods.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;On looking back upon the past 30 years in the market of the washbasin &amp; bathtub, our product quality level was below the standard and the production facility was largely imported goods. And the inferior quality leads to the unsatisfaction of customer.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;But the leading companies are have been concentrated their effort on the productivity and quality improvement. In this study, we introduced the success case of &quot;BACHE&quot; which gained productivity improvement by developing the molding process.
