어머니와 청소년 자녀간 자원교환 측정도구의 개발과 타당화

A Development of Resource Exchange Scale between Mothers and the Adolescent Child

  본 연구는 어머니와 청소년 사이에 교환되는 자원을 측정하는 척도를 개발하기 위해 부모와 자녀사이에 교환되는 행동적 측면의 중요한 영역들을 탐색하였고, 한국의 문화적 특성에 적합한 문항들로 구성된 측정도구를 개발하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 교환이론과 자원이론에 기초하여 자녀 62개, 어머니 61개의 예비문항을 선정하였다. 어머니와 동거하는 중고생 및 만24세 미만의 군대를 필하지 않은 대학생들과 이상의 조건을 갖춘 자녀와 동거하는 어머니를 대상으로 요인분석과 신뢰도 검사, 문항분석을 한 후, 자녀용 21개 문항, 어머니용 23개의 선택된 문항으로 구성된 6개의 하위영역, 즉 서비스, 물품, 금전, 정보, 지위와 애정 영역의 자원교환 측정도구를 만들었다. 최종 측정도구의 신뢰도 검사결과 자녀의 금전영역을 제외하고 내적 일관성이 높았다. 측정도구의 타당화를 위해 확인적 요인분석을 시행하고 관계만족도와의 상관관계를 구하였다. 그 결과, 적합도 지수가 높았으며 관계만족도와 높은 상관도를 보였다.

  To develop the scale of resource exchange between the mother and the adolescent child, this study explored 6 areas of resources and chose preliminary 62 items for children and 61 items for mother, which were culturally appropriate, based on exchange theory and resource theory. The sample was consisted of mothers and adolescent children enrolled in middle or high school and college students under age 24. As a results of item analysis, reliability test and factor analysis, we finalized 21 items for children and 23 items for mothers. The scale was consisted of 6 resource areas which were service, goods, money, information, status and love. Subscales, except children"s money, were proven to be reliable, and were valid to predict the relational satisfaction. The fitness indices of confirmative factor analysis were approximately close to 1, so that we concluded that the models of resource exchange scale were appropriate.
